What is the difference between "Buy and Unlock" and "Buy and Download"?
It mostly comes down to the type of product you buy. Buy and Unlock applies to our Designs (Overlays) and Widgets. These are built to work directly within the OWN3D Pro Scene Builder, where you customize them and then add them to OBS or any other broadcasting tool as a browser source. Buy and Download is for assets like Emotes, Panels, and Banners. These are files that you download to your PC and then manually upload to your channel.
I bought a design, but there’s no download button. Did I do something wrong?
No. Our overlays, widgets, and designs are made to be installed in the Scene Builder on OWN3D Pro. Instead of cluttering your hard drive with large files, you simply unlock them in your OWN3D Pro account. You can then customize everything in your browser and paste a browser source link into OBS or any other broadcasting tool. It’s much easier and saves you disk space!
Can I download "Unlocked" Overlays as local files?
No, and that’s actually a plus! Overlays and widgets are specifically built for the OWN3D Pro Scene Builder so you can customize them easily without needing professional editing software. To use them in your stream after you customized it to your liking, you simply add your Scene Builder link as a browser source in your broadcasting tool.
I bought emotes or panels, how do I get them on my stream?
Since these are graphics for your channel profile, you’ll need to download the files to your computer first. After that, just head over to your Twitch, Kick or YouTube dashboard and upload them there. Unlike overlays, these are files you actually keep on your PC.
Where do I find my products after purchase?
If I buy something now, do I have to pay for it every month?
No. If you buy an individual item, it’s yours. You only pay once to unlock or download it. Monthly payments apply only to the Stream Pass or Widget Pass, which give you unlimited access to the entire library or our widget library, as long as the pass is active.
Do I need an active Stream Pass to use single purchase items?
No. Once you buy and unlock a design for the Scene Builder or buy a downloadable asset, it is yours to use, even if you don’t have an active pass.
I already have the Widget Pass. Why aren't the designs included?
The Widget Pass is specifically for the technical tools of your stream (like alerts and goals). If you want a specific look to go with them, you can simply buy the design you like and unlock it for the Scene Builder. It’s a great way to stay flexible and get exactly what you want without needing the Stream Pass.
If I buy individual items, can I still upgrade to a Stream Pass later?
Absolutely! You can upgrade to a Stream Pass at any time to get full access to our entire library, including every design, widget, and downloadable asset we offer.
What happens to my individual purchases if my pass expires?
Any item you bought individually remains accessible even without an active pass. However, any items you accessed specifically through a Pass (Stream Pass or Widget Pass) are only available while your pass is active.
What happens if I get a new computer?
Is it hard to get the designs into OBS?
It’s actually super simple. Once you’ve picked your design and installed it into the Scene Builder, you just copy the link from the scene and add it as a “Browser” source in your broadcasting tool.
